A question of Home State
Aug. 17th, 2007 12:30 amI spent the past weekend in sun valley, hitting up the Symphony and hot springs. I had a okay time. Like most of my summer I spent to much time not really doing anything. When I did do things it was mavralousis. The highlight of the trip was lounging in the hot springs which are about 10 miles from town in the national forest. I was relaxed.
One thing that happened over the weekend did give me reason for pause. One of my friends up there asked me if I was still an Idahoan. I really need to figure that out. Idaho as a whole has a slower pace and more nice people. But alas, there are many things I really like about Utah. A couple weeks ago I was seeing if I could get a soccer scarf that said "Salt Lake Til' I die". Hmm something to think about.
tomorrow I move into the dorms tomorrow. This well be quite the task since I haven't really packed. wish me luck.
